20 diferentes salivas

 

Con esta pieza se busca cuestionar la idea de la tradición y lo tradicional en la actualidad, lo cual, a nuestra manera de pensar y como se dice coloquialmente, es un tema “muy masticado”.  

 

El ocio causado por un grupo de 20 personas al mascar chicle, observar la pieza y reflexionar sobre sus significados, intentando crear una tradición inmediata // una acción tradicional actual.  

 

Uno tras otro fuimos tirando pensamientos  y lo único que hacíamos era encimar pensares el uno con el otro así como los chicles sobre el craneo de barro, cuando parecía que se acaba todo lo sabido comenzamos a deformar las mismas historias complementándolas con ocurrencias, así mismo la pieza comenzó a cambiar……  

 

Los mitos, historias, leyendas, frases y costumbres empezaron a salir una tras otra.

“El día de muertos simboliza bla,bla,bla,bla,bla……  

”El altar de muertos se hace para bla,bla,bla,bla,bla.....  

“La muerte creemos que es bla,bla,bla,bla,bla……..  

“las calevaritas de azúcar son bla,bla,bla,bla,bla……

This piece seeks to question the idea of ​​tradition and the traditional today, which, in our way of thinking and as it is colloquially said, is a "very chewed" topic.

 

The idle caused by a group of 20 people chewing gum, observing the piece and reflecting on its meanings, trying to create an immediate tradition // a current traditional action.

 

One after another we were throwing thoughts and the only thing we did was overlap thoughts with each other as well as the gum on the skull, when it seemed that everything we knew is over, we began to deform the same stories complementing them with occurrences, likewise the piece began to change ……

 

The myths, stories, legends, phrases and customs began to emerge one after another.
